Robert C. Shea
Robert Shea is an attorney with Karsner & Meehan, P.C. He is a trial attorney who concentrates his practice in personal injury, general civil litigation, criminal litigation and Social Security Disability Appeals.
Attorney Shea handles personal injury claims from a pre-suit stage all the way through trial. Attorney Shea has represented individuals involved in motor vehicle accidents, slip & falls and workers injured while on the job due to the negligence of a third party.
Attorney Shea also represents individuals who are charged with a crime in Massachusetts. He has aggressively represented individuals by suppressing evidence which was obtained during an illegal search & seizure, negotiating plea deals to achieve favorable results for clients, as well as taking cases to trial where he has received favorable verdicts for his clients.
Attorney Shea is admitted to the Massachusetts Bar as well as the United States Federal Court District of Massachusetts. Robert joined Karsner & Meehan, P.C. in 2009. Prior to joining Karsner & Meehan, P.C., Robert interned at the Massachusetts Committee for Public Counsel Services where he assisted with the defense of indigent clients during criminal proceedings. He is a graduate of Suffolk University Law School and attended the University of Connecticut where he received a B.A. in Political Science.
Robert grew up in Stoughton, Massachusetts where he is still an active member of the community. In his free time Robert plays in many sports leagues around the south shore of Massachusetts.
